Curriculum System: The Path from Zero to First Officer

Our courses strictly follow civil aviation authority standards and are designed in combination with actual airline needs:

• Aviation English & Foundation Training: Radio communications, flight checklists, and consolidation of aviation knowledge.

• Private Pilot License (PPL): The first step into the aviation world. Minimum 45 hours of flight training (typically 55-70 hours), including dual instruction, solo flights, cross-country flights, and night flying.

• Commercial Pilot License (CPL): The key step toward becoming a professional pilot. Requires 100 hours of Pilot-in-Command time (including 20 hours cross-country), completion of 65 hours of commercial specialized training (including 35 hours dual + 30 hours solo), including a cross-country flight of at least 3,000 nautical miles.

• Instrument Rating (IR): A major leap in flight skills. Minimum 40 hours of instrument flight, including simulator and actual aircraft training, as well as a 100-nautical-mile instrument cross-country flight.

• Multi-Engine Rating (ME): Transition from single-engine to multi-engine. Approximately 10-20 hours of flight training, with the core focused on "engine failure" scenarios, system operations, and emergency decision-making.

• Flight Instructor Rating: The foundation for entering the flight education industry. After obtaining it, students have the opportunity to stay on as a teaching assistant, accumulate flight hours, and earn compensation.

• JOC-MCC Course: For mainstream aircraft types such as the Boeing 737 and Airbus A320, training students to master high-speed aerodynamic characteristics, automatic flight system logic, and standard operating procedures of jet aircraft, with a focus on Crew Resource Management (CRM) in multi-crew cockpits. This course is conducted in both Singapore and China,  helping students smoothly transition from small propeller aircraft to the large transport aircraft operating environment.

Employment Assistance: The "Last Mile" from Flight School to Airline

AAEC is committed to helping students optimize their resumes and cover letters, guiding them to write more targeted and competitive application materials. Our instructor team includes former airline employees who will organize mock interviews based on specific airline requirements.

• Written Exam Reinforcement: Deep cooperation with multiple airlines to obtain past interview and written exam questions. Targeted practice and review analysis.

• Simulator Flight Test: Cooperation with authoritative certification organizations to open full-flight simulators for mock assessments, strictly conducted by professional instructors according to airline requirements, with detailed debriefing.

• Interview Opportunities: Proactively assist students in submitting resumes to major airlines, striving for more interview opportunities, and significantly improving the chances of successfully obtaining a pilot position.

Teaching Assistant Program + Flight Hour Accumulation:
After obtaining the initial Flight Instructor Rating, students have the opportunity to stay at the flight school as a teaching assistant. This not only provides certain compensation but also allows continuous accumulation of flight hours, guaranteeing 1,500–2,000 hours of flight time as an instructor after graduation. Once the flight hours meet the standard, we will assist students in obtaining airline interview opportunities and help them pass the interview.

  Registration → Flight School Assessment & Medical → Admission Letter → Depart for Singapore (Aviation English Course) → Depart for Canada (Obtain Pilot Licenses) → Stay as Teaching Assistant to Accumulate Flight Hours → Accumulate 1,500–2,000 Hours → Employment Assistance → Airline Interview & Entry Training
